General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by docMeds, owner Ahmed Abu Sukhun, to international doctors and medical facilities (e.g., hospitals, medical care centers).

2. Service Description

docMeds provides services for the recognition of medical qualifications, language and integration preparation, visa support, application management, and placement in medical facilities. For clinics, targeted selection and presentation of suitable professionals are carried out.

3. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded when a written offer from docMeds is confirmed by the customer (doctor or facility). Verbal side agreements are not effective unless confirmed in writing.

4. Remuneration and Payment Terms

The remuneration is based on the agreed scope of services. docMeds issues invoices with reasonable payment terms. Any placement fees for clinics are contractually regulated. Prices are exclusive of statutory VAT, if applicable.

5. Withdrawal and Cancellation

Withdrawal from the contract is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of services. Thereafter, a flat cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed sum may be charged, unless otherwise agreed. Services already rendered will be charged proportionally in any case.

6. Cooperation Obligations

Customers are obliged to provide all necessary information and documents completely and in a timely manner. Delays caused by lack of cooperation extend the project duration accordingly.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

docMeds is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for delays or decisions that lie within the responsibility of authorities (e.g., approbation, visa).

8. Confidentiality

All information received in the course of cooperation will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purpose of the agreed services. Disclosure to third parties will only occur with written consent.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Offenbach am Main. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
