Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by docMeds, operated by Dr. Ahmed Sukhun, to international doctors, international nursing professionals, licensed physicians already practicing in Germany, as well as medical institutions (e.g. hospitals, medical care centers (MVZ), nursing facilities).
2. Description of Services
docMeds provides services in the following areas:
- Recognition and licensing of medical and nursing qualifications
- Language and professional language preparation (B2, C1, medical language exams)
- Visa and residence coordination
- Application management and career consulting
- Direct placement with clinics, medical care centers and nursing facilities
- Integration and onboarding support
docMeds does not act as an employer and does not provide temporary employment or employee leasing within the meaning of the German Temporary Employment Act (AÜG).
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded upon written acceptance of an offer from docMeds (e.g. via email, form confirmation or digital signature). Verbal agreements require written confirmation to be legally binding.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are based on the individually agreed scope of services. All prices are net prices plus statutory value-added tax (VAT), if applicable.
Separate remuneration models apply to medical institutions (e.g. retainer models, success-based fees), which are defined contractually.
5. Withdrawal, Termination and Cancellation
Withdrawal from the contract is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the agreed services. After that, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fee may be charged, unless otherwise agreed.
Services already rendered will be invoiced proportionally, regardless of withdrawal.
6. Obligations of Cooperation
Clients are obliged to provide all required documents, information and details completely, accurately and in a timely manner. Delays resulting from missing cooperation shall extend agreed timelines accordingly.
7. Limitation of Liability
docMeds shall be liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for decisions, processing times or outcomes of authorities, medical chambers, licensing bodies, embassies or language institutions is expressly excluded.
No guarantee is given for the granting of a medical license, professional permit, visa or a specific employment position.
8. Confidentiality
All information obtained in the course of the cooperation shall be treated as confidential. Disclosure to third parties shall only take place within the scope of service provision or with the explicit consent of the affected party.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy .
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is Offenbach am Main. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
